OUR STORY
A-Team PHC is an honest, customer driven business located in the Johnson County area of Kansas City.
We provide our customers with outstanding week day services as well as 24-hour emergency and weekend assistance.
A-Team was started because the owners have been in numerous industry locations and believe they can do it better.
Jeff and Steven have worked together for several years and between the two of them, have over 35 years of experience.
As the years have passed they have seen less than acceptable work performance from both install and service jobs charging more expensive rates. This is one of the major reasons they have decided to combine their installation and service expertise experiences to better serve their customers.

Steven is very detail oriented and knows just how to get the job done. Creating that perfect level of comfort in each home is his specialty. Many years of experience in the field and obtaining his Master Mechanical License, have given him the knowledge and skills to design, install and create a finished project that will leave you in awe.
JEFF MILLS
Owner, Comfort Specialist, Master Plumber
Jeff goes above and beyond the call of duty. Always there to answer a question or lend a helping hand. Earning both his Master Mechanical and Master Plumber Licenses give him an edge over the competition. His attention to detail, knowledge, and years of experience have made him one of the most requested technicians in the area.
Ryan McCarthy
Comfort Specialist
Ryan is the newest addition to our team. With over 10 years of experience under his belt, he has become a well rounded technician that will get the job done right. Ryan also has a lot of experience on the commercial side which will allow us to expand our team further in the future. We are very excited to have him join A-Team and further serve our customers.
